Planning Services
Business Plans- Give you a plan to get from where you are to where you want to be. Think of them like being a map for a trip your taking you know where you want to go but without the map, you might get lost. The business plan prevents this from happening.
Marketing Plans- Marketing plans are more focused and although a brief marketing plan is in the business plan these provide much more detail in the marketing phase such as demographic data that usually is minimal at best in most business plans. Marketing plans tell us how to get the message to your consumers and how they should react to it. The difference in our approach is we are direct response focused meaning that we want a specific action to take place as a result from the marketing.
Pricing Strategy Plans- These plans provide insight to strategic pricing for your business. The plan will show break-even points, internal price pressures, external price pressures, target profit goals, market feasibility, buyer behavior, and value added pricing models.
Strategic Management Planning- Strategic Management Plans show concepts for owners of the organization to compete strategically with their competition. Strategic management is based on the concept that organizations can compete based on what they know about their industries. By creating a plan for competition, we start to understand what strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are in the market.
